Our Business As a provider of nationwide commercial courier services, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that our operations – including our network of drivers and subcontractors – comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Policies

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:

• Recruitment Policy: We conduct thorough “Right to Work” checks for all employees and drivers to protect against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.

• Subcontractor Due Diligence: We expect our transport partners and subcontractors to adhere to the same high standards we set for ourselves.

• Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all staff, drivers, and partners to report any concerns regarding unethical treatment without fear of retaliation.

• Remuneration: We ensure that all staff and directly engaged workers are paid at least the UK National Living Wage.

Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

Logistics is a sector identified as having a potential risk for modern slavery. To mitigate this, we:

• Maintain clear communication with our driver network.

• Regularly review our supply chain to identify and assess potential risk areas.

• Provide guidance to our team on how to spot the signs of exploitation.
