Jason was absolutely amazing at helping me sort out a quick delivery. The receiver wasn’t receiving the package on the weekend which was really frustrating and it was a good 50 miles away from where I live. Jason was an absolute star and really helped me out in a very sticky situation. I sent my documents to a government office and they were closed and not receiving my documents which were 50 miles away from me. Instead of coming all the way back there were kind enough to figure another alternative and I can’t thank them enough for this. Amazing customer service, super friendly people and really nice drivers. I recommend them to anybody and also the cheapest quote by far to an expedited delivery.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Same Day People team for helping me arrange the last-minute collection and delivery yesterday. Better than the best! I was looking for a cheaper quote than that received from 2 other companies. The Same Day People had the best price, the ability to adapt to the collection and delivery conditions and such understanding of my needs. Unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances I had to cancel the booking I had made and paid for. Both Jason and Andrew treated me like family. Their telephone mannerism, customer service, professionalism and respect is above and beyond excellent. I received a generous refund and was humbled by their kindness and compassion of my situation. If you ever need courier services I cannot recommend The Same Day People high enough as the company to choose. Thank you for being the company that wants the customer to be happy and not the company looking to make money.

After DPD sent my parcel to a different part of the country I contacted The Same Day People for a quote. Within 5 minutes of me looking for a quote I received a call. The service was impeccable and so professional! They have really helped me out and are such a cost effective and efficient service. I will definitely be using the company again!

Had some travel documents driven from my place in Manchester to Oxford during a storm on a Saturday evening. Very helpful and friendly staff, not cheap but the service is quick and efficient (and 24 hour) so good value in my opinion.

Last minute life savers. Fantastic service, within an hour on a Friday night - I couldn't believe it - London to Bristol. I would recommend in a heartbeat (which is about as fast as they are)!

Excellent service, competitive pricing, and faultless communication process. These guys were brilliant all the way through. I was in a tricky situation, as I needed to send a sample from Leeds to Manchester at very short notice for an important client. The sample was collected from my house at a time of my choosing, and taken straight across to our client and delivered safely, in time for the project meeting. Would highly recommend.

Tom was absolutely fabulous! And the service is too! Needed my passport going to an embassy by 9am the following day and was there very safe and sound with a reassuring message who it got to and in very good time. I will 100% use this service again! Fabulous, I would recommend to anyone🌟 good pricing as well.

Thank you for your assistance, I got to talk to a 'real' person, Jason, who explained how they could deliver vital documents door to door in a strict time frame. I had rung round quite a few companies who wouldn't accept a booking without exact dimensions of envelope, weight, of a letter that hadn't even been created yet and said (my elderly mother) would need to print the address label herself. Same Day People did it the simple effective way of collecting the letter (whatever size it might be) and delivering as booked with no faff. They were early to collect and delivered well ahead of the conveyancing deadline. Thank you.

I shipped a film prop sword from Los Angeles to the UK with FedEx. They refused to ship it from Stansted Airport to the film location in Wales where I desperately needed it for my US film crew. The boys at The Same Day People stepped in and collected it within 30 minutes of my booking. It was in the actor's hands three hours later. A top job at a great price. Highly recommended.

Great Service. We are an Amazon Prep Centre based in Lancashire. The delivery was done on behalf of our client in the USA. The goods were collected and dropped off same day. Great service, great rate.

I am a stonemason by trade , and a lot of my work is unique to my customers. When the piece is ready for delivery it is of upmost importance that it is handled carefully and that it reaches my customers in perfect condition (my work can take weeks to complete). These guys have delivered in excess of 30 of my pieces to my customers and not one of them have arrived damaged ! That in it self is something, i really would not use anyone else

Left my keys in Birmingham and returned to Manchester without them , they literally had my keys delivered back to me in 90 minutes and a hell of a lot cheaper than paying for a locksmith, first class service thanks guys.
